Nissho Trading Co. Ltd, is a member of International Natural Sausage Casing Association ( INSCA) and Japan Natural Sausage Casing Association (JNSCA).
Since 1996, we have developed raw material markets of sheep casings in New Zealand, Australia, and China so as to maintain a stable supply to the markets in Japan, Europe and other countries. We have established present integrated system of management which covers from bulk purchase to processing and sale.
Currently international raw material market changes constantly and rapidly.
We will keep on improving our skills and abilities to avoid risks and proactively pursue high quality raw materials.
We built up our own traceability system to fulfill our social responsibility and to make sincere efforts to supply safe and reliable sheep casings.
In our own plants in China and Japan, we daily place strict controls on hygiene.
